Abstract

The implementation of financial and nonfinancial perspectives of Balanced scorecard (BSC) is investigated in this study. There are four perspectives of th BSC for performance evaluation including: financial, customer, internal process and learnings and growth. The extent of using these aspects is reported in Mashad Clinics of Jahade Daneshgahi. The information of 40 managers is collected by queationaire and examined using statistical nonparametric techniques(such as Kruskal Wallis statistics). The results show that although  the BSC is not implemented in the sample, the perspectivies and the criteria are considered. These findings help managers in this indusry to perform evaluation and setting strategy.
