The purpose of this study, the expected dividend stocks using criteria venture capital financing with artificial neural network approach. The independent variables in this study, financial leverage and investment opportunities dependent variable, investment and dividend stocks. Therefore, variables related to company stock for the period 1383 to 1390 around 120 is obtained. Considering the correlation coefficients, the results showed a significant relationship between the independent variables and the dividend there. Also, the results of the sensitivity analysis suggests that the relationship between the dividend and investment opportunities invested significantly stronger than the association between dividends and financial leverage.
